Very simple quick build. During the war Britain used a bunch of lend-lease Mitchell s. Many were later used and many more purchased for use by Canada in a number of roles. As a light bomber by reserve squadrons and later as a radar trainer for future CF-100 Canuck crew.

I could find no photos of what changes were made to the airframes insides. So I only worried about the outsides. Obviously a radar trainer in peace time Canada did not require 12 50 cam MGs hanging off it so those where removed. Then using plastic card I filled in the hole for the roof turret. Last modification was the addition of an astro dome using the side window from a Sea King.

The decals are from multiple sources, in the spare box. Its my third Mitchell, but not my last.
