As build part of 16th December Vijay Divas (GB)

Seahawk is the unsung hero of the 1971 war, seldom heard in mainstream media played a vital role in blocking east Pakistan during the war as later it became an Independent nation of Bangladesh. I always wanted to build a Seahawk and this Gb gave me a good opportunity to do so.

On the facebook group ISM (Indian Scale Modeller) we decided that this year we should do a Gb for 1971 was known as the Vijay Divas. So I built straight out the box the Hobby Boss SeaHawk. It was a great kit, with no fit issues, however, it does have some minor trivial issues like the antenna was a bit thick so I used fishing lines instead and seem to look similar to the actual aircraft. The kit was divided into two section fuselage, joining them was a bit tricky as the there was seam mark so I have to sand a bit and rescribed it.

For Painting I used mixed of Tamiya IJA grey and Mr. Color black, the mixed give you shades of sea-grey, I have the Vallejo sea grey but I skipped it and went ahead with my experiment.

Marking is INAS 300
