This is Academy PBY-5 (Blackcat). In version OA-10 (1970)  with  several
scratch-built parts.

Weathering consists of chipped paint replicated with Humbrol (Super) Enamel followed by oil paint and acrylics washes.  The decals used here are from Tropidecals and Jaordecals.
